# What You Need:

→ Matcha Mixture

01 - 1 teaspoon high-quality matcha green tea powder
02 - 2 tablespoons hot water (about 80°C/175°F)

→ Sweetener

03 - 1 tablespoon honey

→ Milk

04 - 1 cup oat milk

# How-To:

01 - Sift the matcha powder into a bowl or mug to prevent lumps from forming.
02 - Add the hot water to the matcha and whisk briskly with a bamboo whisk or small regular whisk until smooth and frothy.
03 - Stir in the honey until fully dissolved into the matcha mixture.
04 - Heat the oat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat or steam using a milk frother until hot but not boiling.
05 - Froth the oat milk using a frother or whisk for extra creaminess and texture.
06 - Pour the warm oat milk over the matcha mixture and gently stir to combine. Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of matcha powder on top for garnish. Serve immediately.
