06 - Repeat the layering process—yogurt, sweetener, berries, granola—until glasses are filled to within half inch of rim.
07 - Top each parfait with remaining granola, chopped nuts, chia seeds, and fresh lemon zest if using.
08 - Serve immediately for optimal granola crunch, or refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes for softened texture.
