# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • It transforms basic breakfast ingredients into something that feels festive and indulgent without much effort
  • The combination of warm crispy chips, creamy yolks, and fresh toppings hits every texture craving imaginable
02 -
  • Work quickly once the nachos come out of the oven because the difference between perfectly crisp chips and sad soggy ones is about five minutes
  • Cracking each egg into a small bowl before sliding it into the pan prevents broken yolks and shell fragments from ruining your perfect presentation
03 -
  • A cast iron skillet can go from stove to oven, letting you melt the cheese right after cooking the eggs for fewer dishes to wash
  • Squeeze lime juice over the avocado pieces immediately after dicing to prevent them from browning while the other components cook
