Valentine Red Berry Smoothie (Printable Version)

# What You Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
02 - 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
03 - 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cherries, pitted

→ Liquids

04 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or dairy milk
05 - 1/3 cup plain or vanilla yogurt, dairy or plant-based
06 - 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup, optional

→ Additions

07 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 4-6 ice cubes

# How-To:

01 - Place strawberries, raspberries, cherries, almond milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice cubes into the blender container.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
03 - Taste the smoothie and add more honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
04 - Pour into two glasses and serve right away, garnished with a fresh berry or mint sprig if desired.
