01 - Combine the drained feta and softened cream cheese in a food processor. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
02 - Transfer the whipped feta mixture to a serving bowl and use the back of a spoon to smooth the surface into an even layer.
03 - In a small saucepan, combine the honey and red pepper flakes. Warm gently over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant and loosened, being careful not to let it boil. Remove from heat and let cool briefly.
04 - Spoon the warm hot honey evenly over the whipped feta. Finish with a sprinkle of minced herbs and freshly cracked black pepper if desired.
05 - Serve right away alongside crusty bread, pita chips, or fresh vegetable crudités for dipping.
